-within 2 miles of the studio, $25
-between 3-9 miles from the studio, $50
-between 10-15 miles from the studio, $75
-over 16 miles from the studio, rate will be calculated by time spent traveling to/from the destination, with a base of $100-$150, based on time of day and traffic flows.
Travel fees may be lowered, or waived at Amanda’s discretion, based on multiple sessions at the same location.
Fees stated are a base rate, approximated by usual traffic flows, and may fluctuate at Amanda’s discretion.
Multiple sessions (at an alternate location from the studio) will be charged at a flat rate of $200/hr. for all time on-site, including a minimum of 20 minutes prep/clean up time for Amanda, before, between, and after sessions. The travel Fee will be reduced by $50, for multiple sessions more than 10 miles from the studio, and may be eliminated for more than 5 hours onsite, within 15 miles of the studio.
-Sessions cancelled on the same day will be charged at the full rate.
-Changes to appointment times need to occur at least 24-72 hours in advance, in order to guarantee the full time of the session
-Schedule changes made same day will incur the full charge of the originally scheduled appointment, whether or not an accommodation can be made in the schedule
-by the client, will incur the same charge as originally scheduled. Multiple late arrivals, or more than two no shows will result in client needing to secure appointments with payment in advance.
-by Amanda, will reduce the fee by $1/minute of late time, unless the client is able to extend the appointment by the same amount of time, resulting in no change to the customary fee.
